The staff was exceptionally friendly and made my son feel like a VIP. A lovely lady checked us in and mentioned the breakfast times, which was a big hit for us.

The room lacked attention. the bathroom showed signs of mould, and the furnishings felt outdated with visible wear and tear. Elevators are a hassle, often stopping at every floor, making the journey slow and frustrating. Breakfast could use improvement, particularly the lukewarm sausages and limited bread options, alongside some crowded seating which could dampen the experience. not quite the refreshed look expected from a place advertised for comfort.

We loved the comfortable mattress and the food in the evening was great, but the lifts were too slow!

Had a very helpful professional and lovely receptionist called Luna who went outta her way to book us two adjacent rooms, didn't just shove us anywhere. The onsite parking was a lifesaver, made everything so much easier for our family.

I had a nice stay here. The staff were super helpful, especially at the front desk. My room was quiet and the bed was comfy, just what I needed after a long day! The restaurant had good food, but room service wasn’t so great. Bathroom could use some updating though.
